This is a system designed with the concept of not accumulating, transporting, or burning organic waste, focusing on separating and processing it at the source. It completely redefines the conventional image of organic waste processors, which are often associated with issues like "odor," "difficult maintenance," "inability to separate waste," and "inability to create large-scale devices." Traditional organic waste processors rotate paddles for mixing, which puts excessive strain on the paddles when attempting to process large volumes, making it impossible to scale up. In contrast, our system uses a super low-tech design that simply rotates a drum without a shaft, eliminating strain on the mixing process, resulting in no breakdowns and easy maintenance. By combining a rotating drum with special high-performance contact materials and a fan, we maximize the activation of microorganisms, decomposing the crushed organic waste into water and carbon dioxide.
